Our Falmouth location is conveniently located off Route 1 in Falmouth, at 98 Clearwater Drive.  Our clinic is on the lower level of the Osteopathic Healthcare of Maine building.

Our Portland location is within the Deering Center neighborhood in the Stevens Square Health and Wellness Community (formally the McAuley Girls School).
